Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is important to us and is reserved for you. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not provide cancellation notice within 24 hours of your appointment, and we are unable to fill the appointment slot, you will be charged a fee for the missed appointment. 1st time 50% of the appointment fee, repeated no shows or late cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment fee

If you have an emergency, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. This cancellation policy is necessary for our small business to continue to serve our clients in need of treatment.

Late Arrival Policy

In an effort to make your visit more comfortable and provide you with the most effective treatment, I have implemented a late arrival policy. Should you arrive late, you will receive the remaining time allocated to your scheduled appointment however you will be billed the full amount of the appointment duration you have reserved. This is to ensure that clients coming in after you do not have to wait for their reserved time. If you come more than 20 mins late, your appointment will be cancelled and charged the full appointment fee. You cannot charge no show or late fees to your insurance.

New patients are asked to come in early to fill out the health history form if they haven't completed it beforehand. We are paperless, so if you have problems with filling in the online forms please let me know.

MASK POLICY:

Masks are OPTIONAL. Your therapist reserves the right to have you wear one if they feel it is necessary. You have the right to ask your therapist to wear a mask.

WAIT LIST: add yourself to the WAIT LIST to increase your chance of getting an appointment sooner.

DIRECT BILLING is available for most insurers, but I cannot guarantee that the insurer will pay the claim. We do not direct bill ICBC or WorkSafe BC.
Please be prepared to cover the appointment fee if there is a problem with direct billing.

Credit card

I require all new clients to provide a credit card on file to allow me to process payment without contact to reduce time at the end of treatment. This information will be stored securely and will only be charged after treatment for the remainder of the appointment fee that insurance doesn't cover or any no show or late cancellation fees with your prior consent.
