Therapeutic Hot stone massage- this modality combines the principles of traditional massage with the therapeutic effects of heat, providing a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The therapist uses the heated stones as an extension of their hands, incorporating them into various massage techniques. Your appointment time includes Interview, assessment, Treatment and Home care as needed. This is a therapeutic treatment with Hot stones included as part of your treatment. Your preferences will be discussed during the interview. At your initial appointment, your therapist will do an assessment to understand your health history, lifestyle and specific areas of concern, this will help to customize the treatment to meet your individual goals. Please choose 60 minutes or more for your first appointment to give you adequate hands on time. At your subsequent appointment, your therapist will do a brief assessment to get an update on your progress and take note of any changes or concerns. A 60 minute appointment is ideal for 2-3 targeted areas or general full body A 75 minute appointment is suitable for 2+ targeted areas and a thorough full body treatment
