At your initial appointment, your therapist will do an assessment to understand your health history, lifestyle and specific areas of concern, this will help to customize the treatment to meet your individual goals. Please choose 60 minutes or more for your first appointment to give you adequate hands on time. At your subsequent appointment, your therapist will do a brief assessment to get an update on your progress and take note of any changes or concerns. A 60 minute appointment is ideal for 2-3 targeted areas or full body relaxation. A 45 minute appointment is suitable for Subsequent appointments and 1-2 targeted areas
