Subsequent RMT -Manual Lymph Drainage massage (MLD)

Book this appointment if you have lymphedema, lipedema, post-surgical swelling, or chronic swelling. 
Treatment is individualized and may include lymphatic drainage, compression guidance, movement therapy, and education to help manage swelling and improve quality of life.
Appointment time includes going over your history and goals, and assessment.

Intial Complete Decongestive Therapy - for  lymphedema, post surgical swelling and chronic edema

Therapeutic Hot stone massage- this modality combines the principles of traditional massage with the therapeutic effects of heat, providing a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. 
The therapist uses the heated stones as an extension of their hands, incorporating them into various massage techniques. 
This is a therapeutic treatment with Hot stones included as part of your treatment. Your preferences will be discussed during the interview.

All appointments include Interview, Assessment, getting on and off the table, treatment, home care and admin.

At your initial appointment, your therapist will do an assessment to understand your health history, lifestyle and specific areas of concern, this will help to customize the treatment to meet your individual goals. 
Please choose 60 minutes or more for your first appointment to give you adequate hands on time.
A 60 minute appointment is ideal for 2-3 targeted areas or general full body
A 75 minute appointment is suitable for 2+ targeted areas and a thorough full body treatment
